What the sticker shows
The green sticker identifies the relevant emissions group under the German sticker scheme. It does not certify compliance with every local restriction.
Check the local rule
A city can restrict particular diesel vehicles on selected roads or across a wider area. Check the emissions standard, vehicle category, dates and any exemptions in the city’s official guidance.
Plan your approach
Do not rely solely on the route suggested by your navigation app. Check the final roads to your hotel, car park or meeting point, and follow the signs on the ground.
If you are unsure
Use the official city source linked from the zone page. An emissions-sticker order cannot replace an application for a local exemption.
