Two- and three-wheeled motor vehicles are listed among the national exemptions from the emissions-sticker requirement in Annex 3 to the 35th BImSchV.

Check the registration category

A four-wheeled quad registered as a car is not covered merely because it resembles a motorcycle. Use the category in the registration document. Other traffic restrictions can still apply even where an emissions sticker is not required.
