What do I need to upload?
Upload clear photos of both sides of your vehicle registration certificate. Find out which details we need and how to send your documents.
A clear photo or scan of your vehicle registration certificate. Include both sides and all pages that show the vehicle details. You can upload the documents after checkout.
Make sure we can read these details
- Your vehicle registration number.
- The VIN (vehicle identification number).
- The fuel type, emissions standard and other technical details shown on the document.
Keep the whole document in the picture. Avoid glare, shadows and cropped edges. If the information is spread over more than one page, upload them all.
Documents from different countries
Use the registration certificate issued in the country where your vehicle is registered. For a UK vehicle, this is the V5C registration certificate. If you are unsure which document to use, send us a message before you buy.
For a Czech vehicle, we can also use the original “Výpis technických údajů vozidla” PDF from Portál dopravy. The “datová kostka” extract does not show the registration number and is not enough.
A Certificate of Conformity (COC) alone is not enough to get your sticker issued.
How to upload
- Place your order.
- Open the upload link on the confirmation page or in your confirmation email.
- Upload your photos, scans or original PDF. We accept JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC, HEIF and PDF.
You can also scan the QR code on the upload page to take photos with your phone. If anything is missing or unreadable, we will contact you.
